We’ve all worked extensively in the traditional publishing space but we’ve also been working within the self-publishing field in recent years. As a result, we’ve formed networks with other professionals, developed skills, and gathered a lot of intellectual property over the years and we would love to share this with you to help you on your publishing journey — whether it is traditional or self publishing.

Publishing is a confusing space, so if you’re finding yourself feeling lost then we’d be happy to arrange a chat to help you with your publishing conundrum. We can offer guidance for working with traditional publishers, agents, and for the self-publishing market. We help you write/edit your publishing cover letter, synopsis, author biography, and the first three chapters of your manuscript to make sure these important documents are hitting the proverbial nail on the head. (Price on application. Prices will depend on what you require assistance with.)
Nightstand Press
The Manuscript Agency has branched into the publishing space through our sister company: Nightstand Press. Regardless of this association, we endeavour to offer our authors advice and guidance that is right for each individual and their manuscript, to help them find the best possible publishing path. Our focus is to help prepare our authors for the traditional publishing environment and to support them to find the opportunity that best supports their work, as well as helping to prepare manuscripts for professional self-publishing opportunities.
Nightstand Press has a limited publishing schedule each year, working with a select number of authors, but if you feel your manuscript might fit the publishing program then we’d love to hear from you.
Nightstand Press is a hybrid publisher, offering traditional publishing with the author’s help. Nightstand Press (NSP) only publishes a handful of books each year in their carefully curated publishing program.
Nightstand Press offers the quality and experience of traditional publishing while authors get to feel involved in the publishing process as well as hold onto ownership of their content and reap greater long-term financial rewards.
The author and their book is at the heart of all that NSP does. Their mission is to share the creative works by great authors and produce quality books which have a positive impact on their readers.
